Individual customer orders
Individual customers can place orders online via this website (or via our main online shopping site at www.brfonline.org.uk), or if you prefer you can place orders by telephone on 01865 319700 or by cheque made payable to BRF (for contact details please see the contact us page). If you have any problems placing your order online, please contact our customer services team.
When you place your order online, you will be transferred from this site to the BRF checkout process, at the end of which you can securely enter your payment details.
Schools orders
Schools in the UK can place orders online and then receive the invoice for payment with their resources. For more information, please see the buying on invoice page.
Order queries
If you have any queries relating to your order, please contact us quoting your online order number (e.g. BRF12345) if placed online. For orders placed by post or FAX, please quote your full postal address if you contact us by email.
