New website for Barnabas in Schools
Welcome to the new Barnabas in Schools website. We have been working hard to reorganise and restructure the content and make the site easier to use, so we hope you find it easy to use.
Below are a few highlights:
Homepage
We've reorganised the homepage so you can see at a glance what we do and what is most recent on the site.
Finding ideas
We've worked hard to make all of the free ideas easier to find and use.
- We've added keywords to all of the ideas on the site, and from the ideas page you can easily add keywords to view all ideas for a given keyword or keywords e.g. all ideas for Easter and 4-7 year olds.

- From the menu, you can either choose to view all ideas, or view ideas for Assembly, Classroom reflection, RE, Values, or those with Cross-curricular links.

- If you have found a set of ideas you want to share with another teacher, you can click on 'Email these ideas' at the top right of the ideas filter page to share that page with anyone you wish.

- When looking at an individual idea, you can easily download a PDF of the idea to use later, and you can also give feedback on ideas you have used to help us improve our resource.

Search
The search is now more accurate and will help you find what you are looking for more quickly. When searching you can choose to look in ideas, books and resources or the rest of the site.

Books and Resources
We've reorganised the Books and Resources section, so that in addition to a much improved search, you can also easily see Books from Barnabas in Schools, Downloadable Resources, For the library, Extra resources and catalogues.
Delve a bit deeper, and you will find books and resources organised by type, including pages for recently published and upcoming titles.

When you are looking at an individual title (for example More Stories for Interactive Assemblies) you will find the book content, endorsements, reviews, author information and other book details more helpfully organised.

Barnabas RE Days & INSET
We've re-structured the information about the Barnabas RE Days and INSET sessions that we lead across the UK, providing detailed information about the work we do, how to book, the themes that our Barnabas RE Days and INSET work with, how our work meets curriculum guidelines and what people have said about Barnabas RE Days and INSET.
The INSET and Professional Development section includes a number of articles designed for Professional Development - have a look.
